Namun, yang perlu kita ketahui, osteoporosis adalah suatu kondisi yang dapat dicegah dan dikendalikan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Faktor_Risiko_Osteoporosis\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b>2. Faktor Risiko Osteoporosis<\/b><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">Beberapa faktor dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya osteoporosis, seperti usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, asupan nutrisi, dan gaya hidup. Perempuan, terutama yang telah menjalani menopause, memiliki risiko lebih tinggi mengalami osteoporosis dibandingkan pria. Selain itu, orang yang memiliki riwayat osteoporosis dalam keluarganya juga lebih mungkin mengalami kondisi tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">Asupan nutrisi juga berperan penting. Sebagai contoh, konsumsi kalsium dan vitamin D yang kurang dapat membahayakan kesehatan tulang.
